Slide Scanning, Automated Tissue Segmentation and Scoring
Tired of looking down the microscope? Digitise your slides and automate your analysis
We scan slides using the Akoya Biosciences Vectra Polaris which can be used for both bright-field scanning of slides stained with chromogenic IHC or fluorescent scanning of slides stained with single or multiple fluorophores.
The scans are saved as qptiff files which can be opened and viewed in Phenochart.
This can be downloaded for free here.
Stained tissue sections can then be assessed and scored by our pathologist.
Scanned images can be opened and analysed in HALO, which can be accessed here.
