Guanke focuses on cancer data integration, quality control, visualization, and analysis. She is responsible for pipeline setup and maintenance, to deliver robust platforms for data sharing. This encompasses a wide range of multi-omic biological datasets obtained from cancer clinical trials, including WGS, WES, RNA-seq, Methylation, Metabolomics, Immunopeptidomics, and so on.
