Andrew is a scientific software developer and published bioinformatician with extensive experience of database development / administration, system administration, DevOps and continuous integration and delivery. 

He leads the Translational Data Intergration Team to generate, collate and interrogate Big Cancer Data, creating multi-omic data generation pipelines tackling quality control, integration, visualisation, and analysis utilising modern software development methods.

Andrew is responsible for the development of data integration strategies for university wide Oxford Cancer Networks. He also facilitates real time data visualisation for clinical trials running at OCTO, enabling in flight decisions with data archiving and reuse.
