Bela is a Bioinformatics graduate with a background in Medical Biotechnology. With hands-on experience in NGS workflows, RNA-Seq, WGS and variant calling, she has worked across projects spanning cancer transcriptomics, HBV transmission and comparative genomics. Proficient in Python, R, Bash and Linux, she is experienced in HPC environments and building reproducible bioinformatics pipelines. At Oxford Cancer, she is responsible for setting up and maintaining data integration pipelines and implementing bioinformatics data analysis workflows.
