Genomics Services
A scientific research facility specialising in the next generation sequencing of liquid biopsies
Genomics services (formally known as The Oxford Molecular Diagnostics Centre) is an Oxford University (OU) research facility working in compliance to ISO15189 based at the John Radcliffe site at the Oxford University Hospitals Foundation Trust (OUH). It aims to develop, technically validate and clinically evaluate precision clinical genetics assays for early detection, treatment response/monitoring and risk stratification of patients with blood diseases and cancer.
We work in partnership with commercial pharmaceutical/diagnostic/biotech companies, academic groups and national clinical trial groups to enable them to fast-track their novel diagnostic strategies into novel molecular tests that can affect the clinical decision.
More information about our track record, capabilities, what we can offer both academic and commercial partners, and how to contact us with potential new projects can found below.
Lab Services
