  • Challenge: Inducing tumour-specific immunity and preventing escape

This work is augmenting B- and T- cell receptor sequencing data with spatio-molecular data generated from the common phenotyping pipeline to identify cell-cell interactions between specific B cells and tumour, stromal and immune cells, initially in pancreatic cancer. Oxford researchers will go on to investigate B and T cell specificity in these tumours (and in experimental models) to determine the potential role of tumour infiltrating B cells in epitope spreading.
